A beautiful and rare Cymric silver cup. Probably designed by Archibald Knox for Liberty & Co and hallmarked in Birmingham in 1901. It is beautifully hand crafted with twin handles and a full set of hallmarks on the bottom. The simple hand planishing on the inside is typical of the Arts And Crafts movement. It is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. The twin handles are in keeping with other Archibald Knox designs, it is an extremely collectable piece.
