An exceptionally rare silver caddy spoon made by Peter Lambert in 1835. He worked in Berwick from 1832 to 1839 and during this time had his pieces assayed in Newcastle, hence the full set of Newcastle hallmarks on this spoon. Lambert was an itinerant silversmith working in Aberdeen, Dundee, Montrose and in Berwick. This spoon is in excellent condition with no repairs. A real collectors piece.
