A stunning George III silver circular lidded tureen. Made in London by Emes and Barnard in 1812. Both the body and lid are hallmarked. The lid and body are tastfully engraved with grapes and vine leaves. There are two handles and one on the lid. It sits firm on a flat surface and has a tight fitting top.  There are no signs of damage or any repairs. A great piece of Georgian silver
