A beautiful George IV silver and agate pocket snuff box. Made in Birmingham in 1822 by a rare set of makers, Postans and Tye. The box is in exceptional condition for it's 200 years. The translucent lemon coloured agate is a rare piece and looks amazing. The interior is gilded and there is a full set of hallmarks on the lip. The bottom is engine turned with a vacant cartouch. It's an excellent box and would be a great addition to your collection.
