 A beautiful silver claret jug or decanter made in Sheffield by White, Henderson & Co in 1877. It is profusly engraved with flowers, acorns and vine leaves. It has an inscription on each side "From Thomas Dawson Brodie of Gairdoch to East Stirlingshire Agricultural Society" and "Prize, for the Best Clydesdale horse or mare, Shewn in cart harness, 30th May 1878, won by Messers Graham Brothers, North Broomage House, Larbert".

The Jug has a full set of Hallmarks and is in exceptional condition with no damage or repairs. It is gilded inside and the attached lid is also hallmarked.
