A rare Victorian silver gilt claret jug made in London in 1875 by John Figg. The jug has original star cut glass and a full set of hallmarks on the body and lid. The lid has a family crest engraved on it. The glass is in perfect condition with no damage, the silver neck has a couple of soft dents that are hard to see. Otherwise the jug is in excellent condition and very useable.
