A stunning Elizabeth II silver necklace of an owl in flight. Hallmarked in Edinburgh in 1980 and made by Joanna Lesley Thomson in here workshops. She was based in the Scottish town of Pebbles. Joanna is renowned for delicate beautifully made individual pieces of which this is one. The owl has gem set eyes on the front and a full set of hallmarks on the back. The chain measures approximately 30 cms and has a removable extension fitted. This is an extraordinary hand made necklace in excellent undamaged condition.
