Although unmarked it has test as a high grade gold, there was no legal requirement to hallmark small items of jewellery in Victorian times. It has a beautiful dark orange citrine in the center surrounded by 6 semi precious stones mounted in gold cups, there are also 6 pieces of agate around the edges. There is a standard Victorian style elongated pin which hooks into a "C" clasp. A very desirable piece of Scottish jewellery in excellent condition.
