Dimensions:
A rare George III oval silver snuff box with engraved family crest. Made in London in 1786 possibly by N. Greene. The makers mark is slightly misstruck. The box has lovely bright cut engraving all over and is in excellent condition. The interior has good original gilding and is hallmarked on the top and bottom. The hinge is tight and the lid closes crisply. It is a beautiful quality box.
