An incredably crisply engraved small Victorian pocket snuff box. Made in Birmingham in 1857 by master box maker Edward Smith. The whole box is covered in sharp engine turning and engraving. The lid has an engraved crest and the base and lid are hallmarked. The 7 part concealed hinge is tight and the top closes well. A stunning box that would grace any collection.
