An exceptional George III parcel gilt silver snuff box. It was made in Birmingham in 1813 by John Shaw. The curved box has engine turning on all sides and they are very lightly gilded. The top has a 9 part hinge and a scrolled thumb piece. The interior has beautiful original gilding and hallmarks top and bottom. This box, given it is over 200 years old, is in stunning almost new condition.
