A delightful pair of Victorian silver Harlequin sugar tongs. Made in Birmingham in 1894 by John Millard Banks. The tongs have exquisit detail and a full set of hallmarks on the bowls. They are in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. A rare piece for the collector or very useable sugar tongs.
