A rare Edwardian Scottish silver tea caddy of Georgian style. Made in Glasgow by James Reid in 1904. It has a beautiful gadrooned lower half of the body and a wooden round finial on top. The hinge is tight and the caddy is very clean inside. There is a crisp set of hallmarks underneath and a part set on the lid. A scarce piece of Scottish silver and a great addition to any collection.
