A rare Scottish unmarked silver gilt vinaigrette made around 1850. It has beautiful Malachite undamaged stones inset on the top and the bottom. The body has cast swags and very intricate engraving. The lid is tight fitting with no spring back. The grill is pierced and engraved with flowers and swags, this hinge is also tight. Overall a lovely piece with no repairs.
