A stunningly beautiful Amethyst agate brooch with a silver mount. It was made in Edinburgh in 1987 by Michael Gill. The stone has translucent colours and a white striation and is in perfect condition. It is unusual to get hallmarks on agate brooches. An amazing brooch with such beautiful colours in the stone. The pin and catch have a twist lock for security.
