A stunning engraved silver table snuff box, made by Nathaniel Mills of Birmingham in 1847. The box has engine turning on all sides with an elaborate full coat of arms engraved on the top. Inside there is the original gilding which is a bit scuffed and a full set of very crisp hallmarks. There is also an inscription on the inside of the lid " Molyneaux V. Fletcher 1897". Overall the box is in great condition with no structural damage or repairs. The 17 part concealed hinge is tight and the lid fits very well. A great box for any collection.
