A beautifully engraved Victorian silver table snuff box. Made in Birmingham in 1849 by Taylor and Perry. This amazing box is in stunning condition with no damage or repairs. There is excellent engraving all over the box with an inscription on the top. It reads "Won by the Black and White dog "Baby" the property of T. I. Elwon Esq, Scorton 1850". The 15 part hinge is tight and the lid fits well. A great box for any collection.
