A wonderful George III silver gilt table snuff box, made in Birmingham in 1825 by Joseph Wilmore. The box is covered in cast leaves and berries. The interior is gilt and has a full set of hallmarks. Other than slight loss of gilding to the high points the snuff box is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. The 15 part hinge is tight and the lid snaps closed with a good seal.
