A stunning Victorian silver card case beautifully engraved with roses. Made in Birmingham in 1851 by Thomas Dones, a very rare maker. The case comes in its original box and has a full set of hallmarks on the inner lip. The front has amazing engraving of a rose bush and the back has a vacant cartouch and elaborate engine turning. A great piece for the collector.
